Gamecaster created a bunch of Audio Render entries. How can I get rid of them?

Multiple reinstalls of Gamecaster can sometimes cause additional Audio Render entries to get installed and not removed correctly during uninstall. Below are the steps to uninstall them from the correct place to ensure they don't keep coming back.

Open up Device Manager in Windows.

Scroll down and expand the Sound, video and game controllers entry, and you should see Gamecaster Audio Render as part of the list. Note that this is further down from Audio inputs and outputs which is the wrong place to remove the entries from, and will come back if you try to uninstall them.

Right-click and select Uninstall device on the extra entries of Gamecaster Audio Render.
