To start, load up Gamecaster and click on the ⚙ icon beside the audio source of your microphone:

Next you want to click on the right arrow icon (>) beside Noise Suppression to open up a sub-menu:

In the Noise Suppression sub-menu, click on the Mode dropdown and select the NVIDIA Noise Removal POWERED BY NVIDIA Broadcast option.

If this is your first time using NVIDIA Noise Removal, you will be prompted to download additional software. Click on the here link to download and install the required runtimes.

Once everything is complete, you will now be able to select NVIDIA Noise Removal POWERED BY NVIDIA Broadcast again from the Mode menu, and a new Intensity slider will now be present that signifies how much noise removal is applied to your microphone. You may need to play around with this setting to see what works best for your microphone and environment.

Finally, all you need to do to enable or disable the feature is to click on the Noise Suppression toggle:
