I tried to log in to Gamecaster but it says my account is already connected.

Gamecaster allows you to log in via any or all of the following accounts: Twitch, Facebook, and YouTube. But there is a chance you may have already created an account on one platform then tried to create a new account with another. If you then attempt to connect accounts in Settings > Platforms, you may run into the following error:

There are a few steps you can take to remove your extra accounts so you can consolidate everything under one main Gamecaster account.

Log in to your unused account and close it. Simply go to Settings > Account in the Gamecaster app, click on Delete Account, and we'll delete all the associated data from our records after three (3) days. Once that account is closed, you may then try connecting it again to your main account via Settings > Platforms.

Request help from the Gamecaster team. We'd be more than happy to help sort out your accounts. Come visit us on Discord at and provide us with the following information:

Your Settings > About > TID code on your main account
A note of all the accounts you logged into Gamecaster with (as these would have created new accounts), as well as the TID codes for each one

Once we have all your information we'll be able to remove the extra accounts and let you connect them to your main account without having to wait the three (3) days for deletion.
