Why do my YouTube subscriber alerts not show?
There are several reasons why your YouTube subscribers may not be immediately shown in Gamecaster.
It can take up to 4 hours for new subscribers to be published on your channel and sent to Gamecaster. This is a YouTube feature and not something we or you can control.
By default, YouTube's privacy settings hides who you have subscribed to. If your viewer has this setting enabled, YouTube will not tell Gamecaster they subscribed to you. Viewers can disable this setting from their Privacy settings.

To prevent unwanted alert spam, Gamecaster will only show an alert once per user per month. If a viewer subscribes to your channel and Gamecaster captures it, we will not process any future subscription alerts for the next 30 days from that user.
